WASHINGTON -- Democrat Marilyn Strickland wins reelection to U.S. House in Washington's 10th Congressional District.

The high-stakes fight for the House is still unsettled. Speaker Mike Johnson and his allies projecting confidence that a Trump-led GOP will win a trifecta in Washington.

Republicans, in the minority in both chambers since late 2017, appeared to hold onto key seats in Central Washington even after a redistricting decision was predicted to turn the area for Democrats. Democrats currently outnumber Republicans in the state Senate 29-20 and in the state House 58-40.

While there is no exact projected time for the final results, this is when each county expects to release its next batch of results.
