Bryan Kohberger’s immediate family will be allowed to attend the entirety of his upcoming capital murder trial, the presiding judge ruled. This decision was one of two orders from 4th District Judge Steven Hippler publicized on the court’s website Wednesday.

One of the two surviving roommates of four University of Idaho students who were killed will be allowed to testify at suspect Bryan Kohberger’s murder trial that the intruder she saw inside their off-campus home had “bushy eyebrows,” the presiding judge ruled Friday.

Judge Steven Hippler issued several new rulings on Wednesday for the Idaho vs. Bryan Kohberger case. Judge Hippler will allow the state to examine Kohberger's personality, but has barred the state from using personality tests during the trial to avoid violating Kohberger's constitutional rights.
