BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - The top three candidates for Baton Rouge mayor made their final push Monday ahead of election day. Incumbent mayor Sharon Weston Broome and her team were out on Airline Highway and Old Hammond Highway where horns were honked, and signs were waved.

Voters in East Baton Rouge will vote for the mayor-president for the parish on Tuesday, Nov. 5. If no one candidate gets the majority of votes, the election could be determined by a runoff in December.
