The Seattle Seahawks walked away from the 2025 NFL Draft in inspiring fashion, beefing up their offensive line in front of incoming quarterback Sam Darnold, took an insanely athletic safety in Nick Emmanwori that harkens back to the Legion Of Boom days,

The Seahawks are armed with 10 picks in the 2025 NFL draft after all their wheeling-and-dealing this offseason. Of those, six fall into the first four rounds, giving Seattle a chance to continue reshaping their roster. They acquired Picks 52 and 223 from Pittsburgh in exchange for Metcalf, while Pick 92 came from the Raiders in the Smith deal.

So Seattle opened the draft by picking offensive guard Grey Zabel 18th overall and taking safety Nick Emmanwori (35th) and tight end Elijah Arroyo (50th) in the second round. They have five picks left.
