Laura Prepon and Ben Foster have filed for divorce. Ben was the one who filed for divorce from the That 70s Show and Orange is the New Black star, according to court documents obtained Tuesday by Page Six.

Foster cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split and listed their date of separation as Sept. 9 — the same day he filed for divorce.
