From the Oregon Coast to the Cascades, Monday’s forecast calls for numerous rain showers, windy conditions and a chance of afternoon thunderstorms. Monday and Tuesday’s daytime highs look to hang out in the mid-50s up and down the Willamette Valley.

The Portland office of the National Weather Service issued a Flood Watch for much of Northwest Oregon, including the greater Banks region. The watch is in effect through late Tuesday night. It's just one weather hazard expected.
