LSU star Flau'Jae Johnson will skip the 2025 WNBA Draft and play her senior season of college basketball, multiple outlets reported. A source told ESPN that Johnson will consider NIL offers before deciding whether to return to Baton Rouge for the 2025-26 campaign or enter the transfer portal before it closes on April 23.

The LSU women's hoops star chose not to declare for the 2025 WNBA Draft, according to a Wednesday report from The Athletic, bypassing the chance to begin her professional career a year early so she can play her final season of NCAA eligibility. League rules allow Johnson to declare for the draft because she will turn 22 years old later this year.

Johnson, who was first-team all-SEC and third-team All-American this season, spent her first three seasons at LSU under head coach Kim Mulkey.
