Valencia’s match against Espanyol on Saturday has been postponed after the devastating flash floods in Spain. The Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) on Wednesday approved La Liga’s request to postpone Valencia’s league fixture for the second weekend running.

Earlier this week, it was reported that Valencia had requested the postponement of this weekend’s match against Espanyol, which had been due to take place at the Stage Front Stadium in Barcelona.

Another Valencia match in the Spanish league has been postponed because of the deadly floods that have affected the region. The Spanish league said Wednesday that the club's game at Espanyol that was scheduled for Saturday will not be played this weekend.
