It looks like Apple is about to make history – as the first company to receive a fine under the EU's Digital Markets Act (DMA).According to a new report from Bloomberg, the European Commission is planning to slap Apple with a fine of as much as 10 percent of the company's global annual sales.

Going by Apple's last year's revenue, the first fine could go as high as $38 billion. The Commission is likely to announce this penalty
