On Wednesday morning, Notre Dame received some bad transfer portal news. According to a report from college football insider Hayes Fawcett of On3 Sports , safety Kennedy Urlacher has decided to enter the transfer portal. He is the son of NFL legend and Hall of Fame linebacker Brian Urlacher.
