Microsoft introduced the Copilot+ PC concept and the first Surface Copilot+ PCs. Reality, however, didn’t live up to those expectations.

Starting at $799, Microsoft's new Qualcomm-powered Surface Pro, 12-inch and Surface Laptop, 13-inch are all about making Copilot+ PC features available at a lower price point.

You can preorder the new Surface Laptop 13-inch today at Microsoft’s own store, Amazon, or Best Buy, with pricing starting at $899. Microsoft is shipping the new Surface Laptop and a smaller 12-inch Surface Pro on May 20th to consumers, and businesses will be able to purchase these devices on July 22nd.
