The Golden State Warriors are on the verge of elimination as they trail in the best-of-seven series against the Minnesota Timberwolves, 3-1. On Wednesday, the Warriors will play in Game 5 without their All-Star guard Stephen Curry.
The obvious needle-mover is Kevin Durant, who the Warriors nearly landed at the deadline. Milwaukee Bucks superstar, multi-time MVP and NBA champion Giannis Antetokounmpo might just be available, too. Sam Amick of The Athletic recently noted that Antetokounmpo and Curry could have some ties, too.
