The trailer (below), which dropped during the annual Christmas Special “Joy to the World,” features a first look at the new batch of episodes starring Gatwa (Netflix’s Sex Education) as the Fifteenth Doctor and Varada Sethu as the new TARDIS companion.

Varada Sethu makes her first appearance as the Doctor’s new companion, Belinda Chandra, in a teaser trailer for Series 15 of Doctor Who. Sethu previously portrayed Mundy Flynn in Series 14. Notably, Series 15 is also known as Season 2 in the promotional materials due to the production changes,

The pair unpack "Joy to the World," including the cultural reference they couldn't ignore. "It's a piece of our history now," says Moffat.
