It seems likely that season 16 of “Bob’s Burgers” will premiere in the fall, but season 15 isn’t over yet. According to a January Hollywood Reporter article, Fox said that season 15 — which has been on a break since December 2024 — would resume later in the 2025 spring season.

In a huge commitment to longr-running shows The Simpsons, Family Guy and Bob’s Burgers, the network has ordered four more seasons of each show. Additionally, Fox officially announced that American Dad! will return to the network in 2025-26, also with a four-season order.

The pickups bring the series through the 2028-29 broadcast season on Fox, renewing “Bob’s Burgers” for Seasons 16-19, “Family Guy” for Seasons 24-27 and “The Simpsons” for Seasons 37-40, extending “The Simpsons’” reign as the longest-running scripted primetime series.
