Bloomberg’s Jason Schreier reports that Sony cancelled live service games in development at Bend Studio and Bluepoint Games, a report which was confirmed by a Sony spokesperson.

Sony Group’s PlayStation has cancelled previously unannounced games at two of its top subsidiaries, it said on Jan 16. The games, at Oregon-based Bend Studio and Texas-based Bluepoint Games, were both “live service” projects designed to draw recurring revenue from players.
