according to INAH official website, the hours for the site is 10am to 3pm. Is that still the case? A recent review stated that the park closes at 4:30pm.

When I visited, the park was open till 4:30. Maybe, the hours changed recently.

Sorry, I have no idea whether it is open. The museum closed while we were there back in January 2020, but it may have reopened since then.
