The Riverside area is top notch for boat watching and relaxing. They are refurbishing the dorm rooms and probably more so next time the stay should be even nicer. The host is always super nice.
The giant pond in the middle could use a little trash cleanup.
The place is close enough to the beach to reach it by a 10 min walk, or even 3 minutes by motobike. People there are very friendly and the area is quiet, far from big cities.
